Personal data collected

 

The only purpose of collecting personal data from customers is to enable the company to provide its own services (without going through a third party).

 

The personal data collected from customers in connection with the sale of services are as follows: 

first names, surnames, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address (in addition to bank payment details).

 

The personal data collected is used exclusively by the service provider.

The data controller is the service provider itself.

 

 

 

Deletion of personal data

 

In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) n°2016/679, the Customer has the right to query and delete his/her personal data.

To do so, Customers are invited to send an email requesting the deletion of their personal data via the contact form on the www.emergenceatelier.com website.
