Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made on the www.emergenceatelier.com website.

They apply to all services concluded between the Customer (also known as Consultant) and the Provider (also known as Practitioner) in France and abroad. 

By booking online, the User acknowledges that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and accepts them unreservedly.

Services Provided

The Service Provider provides energy healing and readings.

Rates

​

Rates are set freely by the Service Provider. The fees for the services offered are detailed in the Reservation section of the Website. 

Prices may change from time to time. The prices charged are those in force on the day of the order and communicated on the Website by the Service Provider.

Prices are in euros and do not include VAT (not applicable).

Order Process

​

A session is booked online by the customer, who selects the desired service and pays online to confirm the booking. A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the reservation has been made.

It is understood that any reservation on the Website implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Terms of payment

​

Customers may pay online by Stripe (credit card) or Paypal.

Payment takes place as soon as the order is placed and is debited immediately.

Provisions applicable to the performance of Services

Services

The Services are those offered by the Service Provider in connection with its aforementioned activity, subject to availability.

​

Terms and conditions of the Service

The Service Provider intervenes on request and according to his availability.

Services are delivered remotely, by videoconference, via a Zoom link sent to the customer prior to the session.

​

Interruption of the Service

The Service may be interrupted at the initiative of either party. 

In the event of the Service being interrupted at the Customer's initiative, and unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the total amount of the Service remains due in full.

In the event of termination of the service at the initiative of the Service Provider, the sums incurred by the Customer will be reimbursed within 48 hours.

 

Postponement and Cancellation of the Event

The Service Provider is entitled to postpone or cancel a booking at its discretion. In the event of cancellation by the Practitioner, all sums paid by the Customer at the time of the online order will be reimbursed within 48 hours.

Intellectual property rights

 

In accordance with article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, "any representation or reproduction in whole or in part without the consent of the author or his successors or assigns is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation, transformation or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever". The Customer only has the right to use the Services, their content and all elements, whether visual or audio, texts, layouts, illustrations, photographs, documents and all other elements that may be made available to the Customer.

 

The Service Provider retains all copyright and intellectual property rights relating to the brand, photos and documentation, which may not be copied, reproduced or reused without the Service Provider's express prior written consent.

Failure to comply with these provisions may result in prosecution.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

 

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. French law and the French courts shall have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or litigation between the parties.
